Methods & Tools
In order to ensure the expected results, monitoring against targets and to make changes visible across organizations, it is necessary to work with methods and tools adapted to these specific purposes.
We are using a number of known methods and tools in our deliveries towards our customers and through the collaboration with Fujitsu are we also operating with their Lean methodology Sense & Respond ™.
The methods and tools we use are mainly:

ITIL
Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a set of principles for managing IT infrastructure and provides detailed descriptions of how various IT-related information and services can be performed to achieve maximum effect, development and security.
Scrum
In Scrum the work is performed with agile approach, that is, with cross-functional teams across multiple overlapping phases until finishing the implementation of the product/solution. The work is carried out in functional phases with clear communications between the groups when the work goes from one group to another.
Scrum is a way to distribute tasks over time while maintaining focus on delivering business benefits.
Lean Sense & Respond ™
Sense & Respond ™ is Fujitsu’s Lean method, developed especially for service environments. The method assumes to work for continuous improvement in all the business activities. Through focusing on what is important to the companies customers, set measurable goals and objectives, eliminate waste and working with visual control, i.e. making flows visible to all involved parties, is a continuous improvement reached over time.
The method contains a number of tools which use proactivity as a natural component of the work with application- and development management.
ASAP
ASAP is SAP’s own methodology, developed to implement and continuously optimize SAP applications with the best results for businesses. ASAP is based on five defined phases of implementation, each including a number of activities and results/deliverables:
- Project Preparation
- Business Blueprint
- Realization
- Final Preparation
- Go Live & Support
